Timothy Wider, President
Timothy has been involved in the roofing business since high school and college, where during the summer vacations he
worked in the built-up roofing business. After college graduation, he worked for Dynamit Nobel of America Trocal
Roofing Systems in their technical services department, working with contractors, architects and building owners to
ensure proper installations of warranted manufacturers roofing systems.
Tim was promoted in 1985 to regional technical manager of the United States Northeast Region, where his acquired
knowledge and field experience continued to benefit contractors and owners from Kentucky to Maine.
In 1986, Tim was determined to prove that flat roofs do not have to leak, and founded Aqua Barriers,Inc.a commercial
roofing company specializing in single-ply membrane installation with a commitment to leak investigation and customer
service.
Christopher Wider, General Manager
Christopher, Tim's brother joined Aqua Barriers, Inc. In 1994, bringing a great deal of experience in business
management and finance with a B.S. from Northeastern University. Chis also worked construction through college,
working for a large masonry repair company. He brings a great deal of experience from that job, which helps the
company solve building envelope problems, as they relate to leaks. Chris works very closely with daily operations and
customer service. You will not find a better team to help resolve your roofing problems.
